We discuss your aims and issues. There are some basic things we need to know - about your site, your business and your marketing communication issues. It's usually a quick and easy process.

At this stage, your web developers will also be able to download a Standard Test Player from Red Ferry to perform a trial installation - which takes minutes.

We will then respond with the recommended solution including a draft script (or story board in the case of video or mixed media sequences). We will provide samples of our suggested voice/video artists so you can get a feel for treatment. We will also provide sample artwork of the Player if required. We will have a brief discussion with your web developer about the size and shape of the Player.

If you or your agents have supplied existing multimedia content for us to adapt, we'll be suggesting how we'll incorporate this into our solution.

Now we’re on the home straight. We create your player and send it to your web developer with simple instructions and sample embedding code. Our Tech team is on hand with free advice to assist with inclusion of Players onto your site - but it’s usually not necessary.
